General Terms and Condition
The Company may require a deposit to confirm the order. In the event that the customer cancels the
delivery of services and / or the supply of goods before delivery or installation, the Company may impose
a cancellation fee and the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred by the Company up to the
time of cancellation as well. any available costs incurred for the completion of the project. Where these
are specially ordered goods, the company will be able to recover the full amount in case of cancellation
2.1. The Company warrants that the goods supplied by the Company and delivered to the customer will
be free from defects. However, it will be subject to the conditions and to the following:
2.1.1. The Company’s warranty is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of delivery /
installation, and the customer will be entitled to request a refund, replacement or repair of the goods, if
found after ‘ an investigation that the goods are defective within the said period.
2.1.2. Products with more than a 6 (six) month warranty are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
2.2. The warranty will be void immediately in the event of the following:
2.2.1. If the customer fails to use the product in accordance with the instructions and specifications of the
company or the product was used for any purpose other than that determined by the manufacturer;
2.2.2. Product has been exposed to physical damage, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, tampering,
improper maintenance, or has been repaired or installed by persons who do not have the necessary
qualifications to do so.
2.2.3. The customer is not in possession of the original tax invoice.
3.1. Customers may return goods in the following cases:
3.1.1. Within the warranty period if the goods are defective (subject to warranty terms);
3.1.2. Within 10 (ten) business days, if the goods do not match the customer’s order.
3.2. However, the customer will not be able to purchase goods intended in 3.1.2. Above, if the goods
after delivery or in possession of customer:
3.2.1 Partially or completely disassembled;
3.2.2. Physically changed;
3.2.3. Permanently installed or attached;
3.2.4 Added, mixed, combined or embedded in other goods or property
The Company will endeavour to complete the repairs on time and will notify the customer of any
unavoidable delay. The Company’s warranty on labour and new / renewed parts installed will be valid for
a period of 3 (three) months from the date of repair, but will be void should the customer misuse or
abuse the goods. Furthermore, the aforementioned warranty does not apply to the ordinary wear and
tear of the goods, with regard to the circumstances in which the goods were normally used.
The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage, of any kind, including loss of profit arising from
the failure to deliver due to fire, explosion, unavoidable collapse of machinery, government laws and / or
regulations., strikes, war (declared or not) or by any other acts of God or similar circumstances beyond
the reasonable control of the Company.
